Privacy Policy

Infinity Consultants (“we”) is a debt syndication and FX risk management advisory firm, 13B103, 13th floor, 247 Embassy Park, Tower B, LBS Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400079. This policy covers the public website at www.infycon.in and the Infinity Consultants treasury portal at www.infycon.in/treasury.

The website has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. You contact us by email; we keep that correspondence to respond to you and to run the engagement.

The Contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading it sends a request to Google, which is governed by Google’s own privacy policy. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations.

The treasury portal is used by our staff and by client companies under an engagement. It holds:

• Account details for each user: name, email address and a hashed password.
• Client company details: company name, contact person, email, phone, banks dealt with, currency pairs and approximate monthly volume.
• Treasury data the client provides: open invoices and other exposures, forward and option contracts, bank balances and expected cashflows.

We use this information only to provide the FX risk management and treasury services in the engagement: exposure and hedge reporting, rate checks and alerts. A session cookie keeps you signed in; there are no tracking cookies. The data is stored in our database with our hosting provider and is visible only to our staff and to the users of the client company it belongs to.

The treasury portal connects to one Google account owned by Infinity Consultants to prepare client intake sheets. It requests a single permission, Google Drive access limited to files the portal itself creates (the drive.file scope). It cannot see any other file in that Google Drive.

With that permission the portal:

• creates an intake folder and a master template sheet;
• copies the template for each client, pre-fills the client’s basic details and shares the copy with our staff group only;
• reads a client’s sheet when our staff ask it to check the sheet, and imports the data into the portal only after a staff member reviews and approves it;
• checks each sheet’s sharing so that it is never open to anyone else.

Data read from Google Sheets is stored in the portal database as described above and used only for the client’s engagement. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models. Our staff do not read it for any other purpose.

Infinity Consultants’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The connected Google account can withdraw this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We keep portal data for the duration of the engagement and as required by law. A client may ask us to delete its data, including its intake sheet, by writing to mail@infycon.in; we delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Access to the portal requires a signed-in account; passwords are stored only as hashes, and connections use HTTPS. Google credentials are kept on the server only.
