Managing Partner

Kshitij brings over a decade of expertise in debt syndication and financial consultancy. He holds a B.Tech and an MBA in Finance from NMIMS and previously served as a Credit Manager at Union Bank of India and CIBIL.

Passionate about building businesses that create meaningful value, Kshitij strives to solve complex problems. In 2014, he co-founded The Mintster, a financial consulting firm. In 2019, he co-founded Infinity Consultants, a Boutique Investment banking firm.

Known for his calm demeanour and analytical mindset, Kshitij has a deep interest in problem-solving and exploring new ideas. He enjoys learning how things work and engaging in thoughtful discussions on a wide range of topics.

Retired as Asst. Gen. Manager & Chief Dealer – Treasury, Mr. Ravi Kamath has more than 40 years of experience in Banking with specialization in International Finance, Forex Management, Credit Management & Risk Management.

Instrumental in setting up the Foreign Exchange Business Division & Integrated Treasury (Forex Division) for Abhyudaya Co-operative Bank Ltd., training their staff in handling the intricacies and complex nature of Forex business & Treasury functions. Handled ₹4,500 crores of treasury to optimize profits for the Bank.

Debt syndication

Fee-based: an engagement fee at mandate signing, adjustable against the success fee. The success fee is a percentage of the amount sanctioned, payable on disbursement, tiered and declining as ticket size increases.

FX Risk Management

Retainer-based: a fixed monthly fee, plus a profit-share component on demonstrated savings above an agreed hurdle, reviewed half-yearly or annually.

Outside scope

The firm does not offer equity research, wealth management, or advisory lines outside debt and currency risk.
